Amy Winehouse to Launch a Record Label

Amy Winehouse is starting her own record company called Lioness.

Amy is getting ready to launch her own record company, and her first artist will be her goddaughter, Dionne Bromfield, reports NME.com.

The star reportedly invested a little over $1.4 million US to get her record company off the ground. The first album to be released by the Lioness label will be Bromfield's in March.

Amy recorded a duet for Dionne's album, and also convinced Lady GaGa, Lemar and Eoghan Quigg to collaborate on the project.

Glad to see she's getting her life back on track.

  1. I wonder if she'll release her own stuff under her new label instead of the one she's currently with?
