"Reach Out" is the latest single by Hilary Duff. The song uses a sample from Depeche Mode's "Personal Jesus" and the video version features rapper Prophet. The track is included in Hilary's SECOND best of complication 'Best of Hilary Duff'.
I love this track and the video's pretty kinky considering it's from an ex Disney goody two shoes and the original Miley Cyrus. She even appears blindfolded which was was inspired by Madonna's Erotica video. She's definitely grown up.

disapointed! OK she's an adult now but why be all trashy about it... i thought she was classier than that..guess not?? good luck competing with Britney Spears, Lindsy Lohan..not that she needs it.. just disappointin g to be going towards that circle
